Sector 99 Gurgaon is a newly developed sector. It is located along the corridor of the Dwarka expressway. The sector is in the developing process. It is mostly under-constructed. It offers multi-stored building and residential plots projects. Key developers of sector 99 Gurgaon are Assotech group, Vatika group, lotus group and more. Some of the projects delivered by these developers are Assotech Blith, Vatika Sovereign Park, Pareena The Elite Residences, Uppal G99 Plots, Pivotal Riddhi Siddhi, and Lotus Elise. The prime factor that contributes to real estate development in this sector is its alignment with Dwarka Expressway. The sector is located near Sector 102, 99A, 37D and Dhankot village.
Since it is a growing sector, the internal roads are yet to develop completely. However, Hero Honda Road, Pataudi Road, and Gurgaon Road are critical for the sector’s connectivity with other prime localities in Gurgaon. These roads also link NH-48.
