The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) launched the HUDA Housing Program in 2019 in an effort to provide inexpensive housing for Indian citizens. This housing program aims to provide lots for people in different income levels who live in the state’s urban districts.
An Overview of the HUDA Housing Program
According to the HUDA, which is now known as the HSVP (Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran) Housing Scheme 2022, you can purchase both residential and commercial plots in Haryana’s urban areas for a reasonable price.
Indian citizens can apply for these programmes by creating an account on the HSVP website, which requires a registration fee. A lottery will be used by the HSVP to choose a few candidates from among all applicants who meet the required eligibility requirements.
When submitting the application, a down payment equal to 10% of the estimated price of the residential plot must be made. In accordance with HUDA/HSVP* regulations, an additional 15% of the estimated cost of the residential plot must be paid within 30 days after the date of issuing of the contract.

How Does the HSVP Website Registration Work?
Now that you understand what the HSVP is and what it comprises, you may be asking how to begin the process. As previously noted, in order to take advantage of the programme, a person must first register on the HSVP website. After that, the person must take the following actions:
- Step 1: Go to https://www.hsvphry.org.in/Pages/default.aspx, the HSVP’s official website. When the address is properly typed, the website’s homepage will load.

- Step 1: Visit https://www.hsvphry.org.in/Pages/default.aspx, the official website of HSVP.
- Step 2: On the top left of the website’s home page, the applicant will see a Log In option. To log into your account, click the button and enter your login information.
- Step 3: After that, the website will take the application to a dashboard that includes a number of housing options for various types of buyers. Locate HUDA Plot Scheme 2022 on the dashboard and click it.
- Step 4: In the registration form that appears, the applicant must enter his personal information, bank account information, correspondence address, and other required papers.
- Step 5: Select “Submit.”
Under the HUDA Housing Scheme, you can also obtain Plots through an online auction. To do this, follow to the instructions below:
- Step 1: Visit https://www.hsvphry.org.in/Pages/default.aspx, the HSVP’s official website. The home page of the website will then appear.
- Step 2: From the website’s home page, navigate to the Important Links area. Click on the E-Auctions Portal after locating it there.
- Step 3: You’ll be taken to a new page that lists all the forthcoming auctions after this redirects you.
- Step 4: Decide which localised auction you are interested in.
- Step 5: The website will bring you to a page where you may sign up to participate in auctions. Then you may look at auctions to learn more about them, including registration costs, start and end dates, extension prices, locations, and more. Click on Bidder Registration after arriving here.
- Step 6: This will display the Registration Form. Enter your home and contact information here.
- Step 7: Select Register.
How Can I Check the HUDA Plot Status?
